New Vistas is a warm, inclusive senior residence. We welcome older adults 62 years of age and over and comply with the Fair Housing Act. You may join New Vistas, on a space available basis, at the service level that best meets your needs.
Your residency application will include:

- A financial statement showing resources adequate to meet the anticipated costs during your residency, and
- Information about your current health status and medical background to ensure that your health and safety needs can be met at New Vistas.
Consultation and Care Assessment
During consultation with the family, family physician, social worker, etc., we assess the level of care to be administered by our professional care staff. Regular assessments and team meetings are conducted to re-evaluate the individual needs of each resident to ensure that the best possible care is provided and that changes are made to better suit the changing needs of the individual and their families.
